The New Hill Resort located in historic heat of Sihanouk Ville, overlooking a tranquil deep-sea harbor. A 122 rooms and suites New Hill Resort & SPA is under renovation new concept design and decoration as 4 stars resort.

Job Position:  Reservation Supervisor

Job Requirement:
v  Male or Female
v  Bachelor Degree with relation file.
v  At least one or two year’s extensive relevant working experience in hotel industry
v  Exhibits honesty, integrity, opened-mind and reliable.
v  Good attitude and well groomed.
v  Good command spoken and written English.
v  Able to use computer (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and internet and E-mail)
v  Able to work in the team.
v  Is friendly and approachable, with good people skills.

Job Responsibility:
v  To handle all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, fax, e-mail concerning rooming reservations, (Group/FIT) amendments and cancellations and all related correspondence.
v  To assign subordinates to handle routine reservation works
v  To check and ensure all room reservations are properly prepared and accurately handling.
v  To administer the section’s Standard Operating Procedures.
v  To up sell all guestrooms in order to maximize the sales of the Hotel. The objectives of up selling include exposing the guest to the highest quality products and service in an effort to make the guest’s stay more enjoyable.
v  To update the daily reservation situation by indicating information of contracted allotments and other sources of bookings.
v  To prepare the expected VIP/ valued guest arrival list for next 3 days and distribute to departments concerned, which VIP amenities or services attention are required.
v  To assist the Front Desk activities as and when it is required.
v  To ensure that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all pertinent reservation jobs.
v  To schedule and introduce flexible job functions through job rotation.
v  To ensure that all employees do understand fully and adhere to the hotel’s employee rules and regulations as well as to the hotel’s policies relating to fire, safety and health.
v  To instruct employees on the correct standards and procedures and to handle their problems regarding their daily work.
